April 12
Of course on Sunday I worked out again. But I promised to eat, and drink lots of water, and to monitor my stats. I was fine.

Saturday’s panic attack notwithstanding, the exercise was a much-needed distraction from stressful circumstances. We had gotten our swab tests on Friday morning, and we were supposed to get the results in 48 hours.
But the delay was not unexpected. I followed up through all their mobile numbers and email addresses, and finally, around midnight, I got an update.
I sent the update to the family, and nobody was surprised.
My anxiety wouldn’t let me sleep, which was just as well. At 2:00 AM, I got an email with our RT-PCR results. Negative, every single one of us!
