Oh. Em. Gee. This is so good. Like, ang sarap ko magluto, guys.

I love spinach. And I love pizza! Angel’s Pizza has a Creamy Spinach Dip Pizza, and it’s one of my favorites.
One week, we decided to make pizza, and I thought I would try making my version of the creamy spinach pizza. Let me tell you, it was amazing.
Ingredients
- Bambi pizza crust: We got a pack that has two pieces, each one 10″ across. We can usually cut it into eight slices.
- Chizboy parmesan cheese
- Nestle cream
- Spinach, chopped

- Butter
- Optional: Spanish sardines, mashed
Procedure
- Melt butter in a hot pan.
- Add cream. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
- Add spinach. Cook just until wilted.
- Drizzle over the crust.
- If using, distribute mashed sardines over the spinach mix.
- Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes.
It was so simple, but so good! I could not believe how delicious it was, and how simple!
Next time I make this, though, I think I will add garlic, sauteed in the butter before I add the cream. If not, crunchy garlic chips or flakes might be a nice touch. Also, I poured too much sauce onto the crust, which soaked it up, thus requiring longer baking time.
I’m also thinking this would go well with crumbled or thinly sliced sausage, or even chopped ham. I guess I’ll have to experiment!
